How long does a design sprint take?

Design Sprints can be anywhere from 2 to 5 days.  We tailor the duration to the complexity of the problem and the number of people involved.

Do we need a specific team for the sprint?

Ideally, a diverse team including decision-makers, product experts, designers, and engineers will participate in the sprint to ensure well-rounded solutions.

Additionally we will want to include real customers for interviews and prototype testing.

How do we prepare for the sprint?

A Centered facilitator will work with you for 1-4 weeks ahead of the sprint to help with:

  • Refining your challenge statement
  • Selecting your Design Sprint team
  • Stakeholder communications
  • Expert and customer interview preparation

What happens after the sprint?

After the sprint, you'll have a tested prototype, clear next steps, and actionable insights to move forward with development or further refinement.
